The fear of not having enough wealth..plainly seems to over ride many individuals ability's to remain socially moderate when it comes to 'obeying' the rule of law regarding its need or ability to regulate their accumulation of wealth (and its protections) beyond that of other 'ordinary' citizens....?Their incredible social powers, along with their ability to ply the muddied waters of legal definitions, because most of them are lawyers...raises the specter of a very compromised legal system. Legal definitions and the machinations of those same 'above the rule of law' oligarchs has spelled out the heading in your local newspapers that......
'American journalism is dead'! Where, in mainstream journalism, has there been a debate about anything? They just report what they are told by their owners. The media is an echo of the power structure...Bruce fein!

Is 'The Rule of Law' that important to Americans'?
Go figure this one out. The Rule of Law. With everything that we, you and I, have learned in our k-12 educational propaganda system, you would come out of this mess thinking, naturally, that, somehow, the rule of law applied to how the law might deal with everybody. Didn't I say EVERYBODY? We sure messed up that thinking assignment!
By the 'Rule of Law', what they (those oligarch's who are in almost complete control) really mean is that 'those who control the law, (those same oligarch's) through power, wealth, or coercion, can decide for themselves who those certain laws apply to.
Ah, yes...the power of the Kings.
It's a 'good old boys' system. Corrections for misdeeds and mistakes are made after the fact.
As an example, the majority of police will say to one of theirs after a shooting by the officer...you shot him/her so they must have been a criminal. While the investigators on CSI find every clue and round up every bit of evidence to find out who murdered someone that no-one even knew was dead, in truth, you cannot even get the police to protect anyone from anything unless they make at least six figures in their income.
Our American 'Rule of Law' has been destroyed, and it was destroyed when our police were turned into hired bodyguards for the wealthy.
The wages were better!

Is Intelligence that Tough?
What are the majority of conscious, tax paying, American, citizens doing right now? They are using their mind for something besides sleeping. Working, watching television, surfing the world wide web, learning, thinking, etc, and many are of course sleeping.
The world that we all live in presents us with its difficulties regardless of what we think. What we think though, and how we use the thought processes that we should all be very familiar with, seems to create the situations that we, as humans, seem to find ourselves enmeshed in.
This is our constant battle with one another.
It is almost like we have all been programmed (or something like that) too think that we know.
All forms of information and data can only be retrieved and utilized by a language that was created to understand that information, but it does not stop there.
We cannot just think and remember crap all day long and expect to harvest anything but crap from our inputs. GIGO...garbage in equals garbage out!
While the truth may be in the garbage can, the garbage man will only see it as garbage.
When you need to be paying attention to something important that you are doing, you do not need to be distracted by something else lobbying for your attention.
Do not watch the television when you are driving. Cell phones are bad enough, and we are just talking about paying enough attention to safely drive a car in traffic.
As citizens of this country it is our job to drive this country...Remember 'WE THE PEOPLE', or have you replaced that with some information about CSI or some other program? Our country, this United States of America is a wreck, and it is 'WE THE PEOPLE'S' fault. We are the, or perhaps, were, the drivers of this country.
Ha Ha Ha, you can kiss that thought GOODBYE!
So; that said......Is intelligence that tough?
Can you be aware of your thinking process, and the content of your consciousness, when you are addicted to being told what to think, what to buy, who too worship, and what you should think in the first place during all of the spare time that you have? You have no time for reflection? Your information is the information that they have put into your head! Does lousy television make for lousy citizens or what! Don't you think that being entertained is much more important than understanding and participating in the democratic process? Of course you do. This is your programming, and it also provides you with your 'sugar tit' of an answer about what is happening in our world. Did you see..such and such...or you sit with glazed eyes watching totally fake and made up news and think it is the truth.
The tool is to much for its possessor.
When humans spoke and remembered, the genie (whichever one it was) was let out of the bottle.
There has been nothing but trouble and mayhem since that day, which proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that humans are related to chimpanzees, haha; To paraphrase myself: We have only been monkeying around with language so far.

OUR GOVERNMENT HAS BECOME A CORPORATION
These groups of people who are in power in our world today are so powerful that they can deny that any of their actions can be labelled as criminal, (INCLUDING TORTURE) and get away with it!! All of this posturing just because we elected them? Nope, it is all about being in the right place to make big time money and power! If this, the 'power of wealth' is not a definition of 'being above the LAW', and by that I mean the common law that is applied to common citizens, then I do not feel that there ever has been a time in our country wherein "We the People" were not ruled 'behind the scenes' by these super wealthy, and therefor 'super powerful' SUBMERGED OLIGARCH'S and their minions!. Were this statement not the dire truth that it is...our system of government (were it functional) would have never allowed anything like this too happen behind their backs...or actually, right under their big noses?. Our system of government (were it functional) should know 'beyond a shadow of a doubt' that it could not survive this style of manipulation! It should have known, (were it functional) hell it should have been obvious (had our government been, in reality, even partially functional at really representing the voter's wishes) that replacing the decision making capabilitys of our representatives, which are supposed to be based on our communicated needs as voters and citizens...with creating a system wherein their needs (the needs of the oligarch's and their cronies) became predominant to our representatives, (lobbying)... over the needs of the 'once protected citizen' was bound 'in the long run' too run into the difficulties that we now face as a people, and that they face as an elected body trying hard to protect their vast sums of wealth and aquired power!
That is why you will always find them hard at work undermining real democracy and promoting the rights of those of wealth and privilege.
They just cannot care about our rights like we, the people, can!
Ladies and gentelmen of the 'as of now..OUT OF ORDER'..American citizen's jury, we have been FLEECED BIG, BIG, BIG,TIME, and are being lied to so as to perpetuate their ability to garner our hard earned dollars illegally...one more time!
How have they done these behind the scenes sheenanigans? They bought the MEDIA and changed the rules... (in their favor, of course) because buying the media insured that they could, in the main, control and distort the flow of information...at least the info that counted...that was being presented to the listening public's ears.
Hey, it sounds like a real plan, doesn't it? Well it was and still is a real plan! Why do you think that we do not have single payer, government funded, health care, for that matter? Or why must we have constant war and starvation for that matter? Hell...that's easy! Your beloved oligarch's cannot make trillions more that way, not with peace and prosperity for all!. No! Their corporations must make weapons for more wars and reasons for more wars. Cant sell weapons without wars, so those reasons are very necessary! They need to prey upon us like we were poultry or swine. Their next step is too just turn the governments of the world into mega-corporations, for the oligarchs, of course.
So, you see, the engines of growth in this country have not been about citizen power, citizen involvement in decision making, or even citizen's ability to depend upon our government to protect their rights, but have been about the oligarch's minions assuming positions of power and national relevance in order to protect and further entrench and inject those same oligarchical entities ' the minions of those in power into more, and more, powerful, and controlling positions.
I will call them 'moles' for lack of a better word..traitor did come to mind though...
Do me a great favor and look up the definition of capitalism...and show me where there is anything within this damned definition that cares about anything other than HAVING IT ALL!
A citizens of this country we must know first hand, by being constantly and factually informed by those elected representatives... through our legislative processes, exactly where, and why, our elected representatives are taking this, our country, down the path that it is now on!
Do not trust the media. It is owned by the wealthy and powerful.
The media, when it lies to the American public, must be hunted down like a rabid dog
and vaccinated with a large dose of reality..as presented by "We the People".
